In Ukraine, want to create a town-planning cadastre

В Украине хотят создать Градостроительный кадастрAfter two years in Ukraine there will be a town-planning cadastre

Ukraine has 2 years to work with international partners and experts to create a town-planning cadastre. This was during a strategic session in Zhitomir on the creation of the urban cadastre in Ukraine, said the Minister of regional development, construction and housing and communal services Gennady Zubko.

“Together with our international partners and experts for 2 years we need to create a town-planning cadastre of Ukraine”, — he said.

As he said, creation of the Urban cadastre should be completed by 2021. For this, the local government must provide data and to create the conditions which will then be used at the regional level.

“With the creation of the Urban cadastre, we will achieve the quality, transparency and speed of managerial decision-making, improve the investment climate, simplify and accelerate licensing procedures in the construction industry, the transparency of the process of spatial planning, design and construction. But most importantly — new opportunities for development and economic growth of regions”, – said Zubko.

He added that the creation of the Urban cadastre will allow to analyze the mechanism of accounting as property, and the land registry tenants, parcel boundaries, and the like.

“Implementation of the cadastre will allow to increase the income of local budgets and build in areas absolutely fair conditions for doing business,” — said the Minister.

Recall, despite the existing legislation, the coastal protective strip of water bodies of the city of Kiev was reduced to 50 metres.
