“You have to fill out and submit the form DS-5501, the electronic registration form for the diversity visa (registration form E-DV), which is available only online on the E-DV website www.dvlottery.state.gov. Incomplete form will lead to disqualification of the application. All applications candidate will be disqualified if more than one application will go to that candidate, regardless of who filled and sent the form,” – said in the message.
Applications for participation must be submitted electronically between 12:00 PM Eastern daylight time October 3, 2017 12:00 Eastern standard time on 7 November 2017.
