From April 1, Ukrainians will be able for free or a minor fee to obtain certain medications.
The program gives an opportunity to every Ukrainian to free or with little fee drugs in three categories: cardiovascular disease, asthma, type II diabetes.

“So, tomorrow you will be able to prescribe their patients the active ingredients available in our list, and they will be able to choose a medication with these substances free of charge or with a small co-payment”, – said the acting Minister, referring to the doctors..
Suprun notes that affordable medicines to patients can only get with a properly issued prescription, a sample of which is given a special link.
Also on each designated doctor, the active substance must be issued a separate recipe.
Drugs can be bought only in pharmacies that have signed relevant agreements with the local authorities and have this sticker:
List of pharmacies, according to the acting Minister, will be displayed on the websites of local authorities and will be updated regularly.
