After the opening of the land market in Ukraine for the first 2 years the cost per hectare may increase by 76%.

In Bulgaria, Romania, Slovakia, Poland, Estonia, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Latvia and Hungary after the opening of the market the average cost of land in the first year increased by 25%, and in the second year – 37%.
If we follow this trend and apply it to the trends of General economic growth, for the first 2 years after the opening of the land market in Ukraine, the price per hectare will increase by 76%.
