In Ukraine real estate has risen

Both at the secondary and primary markets the most in 2018 rose one-bedroom apartments.

In the secondary market in 2018 houses went up compared to 2017 by 5%. The growth of prices in the primary market amounted to 5.4%. About reported the State statistics service of Ukraine.

In the secondary market the most over the past year rose one and two bedroom apartments – by 5.7%. Three-room apartments rose in price by 3.4%.

As for the cost of apartments in the primary market, then in 2018, the most expensive one – bedroom apartment- by 6.1%. Two-bedroom apartments increased in price by 5.1%, and three – bedroom 4.8%.

Also, the report of the state statistics it is noted that all the data are presented excluding the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Sevastopol and part of the area of the FOS.
