In Ukraine plan to simplify the system of registration

The interior Ministry has promised to improve the system for two years.

The Ministry of internal Affairs are working on improving the system of registration of residence for the purpose of simplification for the population.

“Improvements will be implemented over the next two years, an interagency working group, the obligations which were assumed by the Ministry of internal Affairs”, – said the press service of the interior Ministry.

The working group will include specialists and experts of the Ministry of interior, Ministry of justice, Central election Commission, Ministry of social Services, managing State register of voters, Pension Fund, SSC, GMR and other involved public authorities.

It is reported that the members of the working group will explore suffering from the most imperfect system of registration of residence the population, their quantitative composition and typical problems, and to develop appropriate amendments of laws and bylaws.

As you know, Ukraine residence changed on the registration.

Article 6 of the law of Ukraine “On freedom of movement and free choice of residence in Ukraine” obliges to register the place of residence. Registration aims to provide a communication channel between the citizen and the state, to the specified address citizen could find the tax authorities, the court, so he could vote.
