A unified database of evaluation reports on real estate will allow to struggle with “black” realtors.
The state property Fund of Ukraine (SPF) has launched an updated Uniform database of real estate valuation, which excludes the questionable transaction with a taxable property.

“The use of electronic platforms will form the real price of the market valuation of movable and immovable property and to eliminate abuse in this field, which has acquired a massive character,” the report says.
According to the Agency, as of July 20, for two days a new Unified framework for the assessment, it made almost 300 reports. However, 10% report that the evaluators wanted to make, was rejected.
“One reason: the discrepancy of price. But evaluators have the right to go to MFI with the appeal within 10 days to рецензbю on these reports, and then enter them in the database, if the review is positive”, – stated in the message Fund.
Three electronic platforms are tested and within two weeks also earn.
The Ministry added that the state property Fund works in close relationship with the Notary chamber of Ukraine, and to solve and will solve the problematic issues of the Unified database of evaluation reports and receipt of services authorized electronic platforms.
