In Ukraine increased the minimum subsistence level and social assistance

From 1 December the minimum subsistence level for able-bodied Ukrainians grew by UAH 78.

In Ukraine Friday, December 1, the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons increased by 78 UAH – UAH 1 762. It is stipulated by the law on state budget for 2017.

According to the law, the subsistence minimum on one person counting on the month of December 1 is set at 1 700 UAH (an increase of 76 UAH), children under 6 years – 1 492 UAH (UAH 66), for children aged 6 to 18 years – 1 860 UAH (UAH 83), for able-bodied persons – UAH 1 762 (78 UAH) and to individuals no longer able to work – 1 373 UAH (UAH 61).

Will also be recalculated social assistance, the amount of which depends on the subsistence level.

The size of state social assistance since December 1 is:

– for persons with disabilities since childhood of the 1st group subgroup A – 2 876,4 UAH (subgroup B – 2 178 UAH), group 2 and group 3 – 1 452 UAH;
– for persons with disabilities since childhood groups 2 and 3 with allowance for care – 1 452 UAH;
for children with disabilities without allowance for care – 1 452 UAH;
for children with disabilities in subgroup A under 6 years with an allowance to care – 2 508,4 UAH;
for children with disabilities up to 6 years premium care – 1 762,4 UAH;
for children with disabilities subgroup from 6 to 18 years with the allowance to care – 2 876,4 UAH;
for children with disabilities from 6 to 18 years with the allowance to care – 1 946,4 UAH;
for children with a disability, a disease which is associated with the Chernobyl disaster, to 18 years – 1 524,6 UAH;
for children with disabilities in subgroup A, disease which is associated with the Chernobyl disaster, 6 years with the allowance to care – 3 016,6 UAH;
for children with a disability, a disease which is associated with the Chernobyl disaster, 6 years with the allowance to care – 2 UAH 270,6;
for children with disabilities in subgroup A, disease which is associated with the Chernobyl catastrophe, from 6 to 18 years with the allowance to care – 3 384,6 UAH;
for children with a disability, a disease which is associated with the Chernobyl catastrophe, from 6 to 18 years with the allowance to care – 2 454,6 UAH.

The minimum amount of benefits for pregnancy and childbirth with Dec is 440,5 UAH.
