Ukraine has successfully tested a fire tank.
The defense Ministry jointly with the state enterprise “Lviv armored plant” has completed the testing of the plant and the ground for the new fire military machine GPM-72.
It is reported by the press center of the state concern “Ukroboronprom”.
“GPM-72 is designed for extinguishing fires and conducting rescue operations in warehouses, arsenals, storage depots of explosive items, clearing paths to fire, strip firebreaks during forest fires,” — said in the message.
And now the new fire military machine expects that the defense Ministry will complement its special forces APU.
The company noted that in their tactical and technical characteristics of GPM-72 surpasses its counterparts and compete on the world market.
The major advantages of this type of weapon is a modern fire pump and carriage, a fire tank capacity is 20 tons, increased throughput and security of the crew from destruction by various types of ammunition and fire (with pouring of the cabin housing, the filtering and ventilating unit).
