The relevant resolution on April 26 approved NKREKP, and on may 11 they were published in the newspaper Uryadovy courier. The tariffs came into force the day after publication, i.e. on 12 may.
Cold water has risen in Kyiv, Lviv, Rivne, Dnipropetrovsk, Khmelnytskyy, Irpen, Cherry, Boyarka, Kamianets-Podilskyi, Pavlograd, Lisichansk, Coloma and other cities.
The level of price increase varies from 7% to 28%. The highest percentage growth in Lviv, and in the numerical measurement of the rate at Rivne and Kiev.
For example, the price for Kiev will grow by 14.7% and will be 15 UAH 79.2 kopecks per cubic meter (previously paid 13,77 hryvnia), for sanitation of hot water – 7,52 hryvnia (previously – 6,93).
“To say that the regulator has changed the rates once the turf or without discussion not: they are all portions were taken at the meetings in January, February and March with the participation of local authorities. But the final resolution was adopted it on April 26 in anticipation of the holidays, probably not to stir up the negative emotions of the consumers… the Kebabs over, it really was a surprise,” – writes the edition.
The reasons for the increase in rates referred to the decrease in sales of services, increasing the minimum wage, the growth of prices for electric energy, accounting for the costs of verification in the private sector.
