Carrots, cabbage, onions, beets and potatoes rose over the month by 78 percent.
In Ukraine, the price of borsch set vegetables (carrots, cabbage, onions, beets and potatoes) rose in April compared to March by more than 78 percent.
It is reported that in April, cabbage in Ukraine has risen by 137,4 percent, carrots – by 135 percent, onion – by 77,8%, beet – by 44.9%, potatoes – by 22.3 percent.
At the same time, if to compare with last year, the price of borscheva set this year are lower by 10-15 percent, except potatoes, which now stands at 47.3 percent more than last year.
It was recently reported that prices for vegetables in Ukraine in January-March 2017 was 11 percent higher compared to the same period in 2016.
