In Ukraine for the month increased the national debt by $540 million

Direct public debt increased in March by 2.2%.

Total public (direct) and guaranteed debt of Ukraine in March 2019 rose 0.7%, or $0,54 billion, compared to February 2018 – to $billion of 78.78

As noted, in national currency, the national debt increased by 1.6% to 2,147 trillion UAH.

The Finance Ministry also said that the direct public debt in March rose 2.2% to 1,859 trillion UAH ($1,2%, to $68,23 billion), including by 2.3% to UAH 1,095 trillion ($1.4 percent, to $40,18 billion).

Government guaranteed debt for the previous month decreased by 1.6% to KD 287.5 billion ($2.5%, to $10,55 billion), including 1.6%, to 277,3 billion UAH ($2.5%, to $of 10.18 billion).

Since the beginning of the year total public debt of Ukraine decreased by 1%, or by 21.78 billion UAH, but in dollar terms due to the strengthening of the hryvnia grew by 0.6%, or $0,46 billion.
