In Ukraine for drivers introduced new penalties

In Ukraine imposed new penalties for heroes Parking

The Verkhovna Rada adopted the law on strengthening of responsibility for the Parking of vehicles in the places intended for people with disabilities.

The draft law proposes a fine of 60 (previously 18) non-taxable minimum (1020 UAH) for stopping or Parking vehicles at places where it is permitted to stop or Park only to drivers with disabilities and drivers who transport people with disabilities. And for creating obstacles in the Parking lot, drivers with disabilities and violation of rules of installation and use on vehicle identification, a Driver with a disability.

It is also permitted to deliver to the impound lot, cars parked in handicapped spaces.

In addition, it is proposed to oblige the owners of buildings to build a special area for Parking of vehicles for drivers with disabilities. Failure to observe this provision is proposed to set the penalty in the amount of 60 untaxed minimum (1020 UAH).
