He noted that the service expects to receive such laboratories by the end of this year the money received from the grant of the European Commission in the framework of the technical assistance project.

Plans and objectives
Michael Nanak noted that he, as head of Service, sees two main tasks. The first is to ensure that norm-setting initiatives Ukrtransagent were implemented in amendments to regulations and the Service received an effective framework for the implementation of the state policy on security of traffic. The second task is to provide the appropriate physical infrastructure necessary for the effective fulfilment of each employee Ukrtransagent his immediate tasks.
“But none of the reforms can not take place without the will and determination of heads of territorial bodies of Service,” he said.
With regard to innovative projects on the introduction of Ukrtransagent, an important aspect is a pilot project for use by inspectors during road checks DVRs.
“We have planned to introduce video recording of employee activities in two areas: in the course of provision of administrative services and the implementation of measures of the state supervision and control. First and foremost, it is necessary to determine the qualifications and competence of the inspector. Although, of course, one of the key missions is to minimize corruption risks”, – said Vyacheslav Didkovsky.
Another project is the introduction of an electronic Cabinet of the carrier. This will limit the communication carriers with Service employees, which in turn will reduce the possibility of corruption and speed up the workflow process.
In Ukrtransagent also spoke about the situation of water transport. Within two decades, the waterways of Ukraine is practically not carried out effective control measures that gave businesses a sense of permissiveness.
“Therefore, all our attempts to restore order in this region to meet significant resistance. In addition, the moratorium on inspections and small fines do not contribute to the rapid establishment of order in this sphere”, – said the Deputy head of the State service of Ukraine on safety on transport Dmitry Petrenko.
