In Ukraine estimated losses from the Russian aggression in the Donbas

Losses in the Donbas amounted to about $50 billion.

The losses from the Russian aggression in Donbas for three years in the Ministry of defence has estimated nearly $50 billion.

This was stated by the Deputy Minister of defense Ivan Rusnak at the conference in Kiev.

“In the East of Ukraine destroyed the energy, transport, social infrastructure, people are left without jobs. According to preliminary data, the losses amount to about $50 billion”, – quotes Interfax-Ukraine, his words.

According to him, since the beginning of the conflict “more than 2.7 thousand Ukrainian military were killed, more than 10 thousand were injured”.

As the first Deputy Minister noted, today the situation in the zone of the ATO remains difficult, but controlled.

“Signs of temporary stabilization associated with reached in Minsk agreements on the introduction of ceasefire from April 1 this year. With the beginning of the year the IAF over 10 thousand times violated the ceasefire regime regularly using the weapons, which had to be withdrawn from the line of confrontation,” he said.
