About it reports a press-service of the party BPP, citing Facebook policy.

“The plant “Titan” can be stopped by depriving it of raw materials – ilmenite ore. Obviously, the plant works on raw materials of Ukrainian origin, because at the cost of tons of ilmenite in the $ 150 shipping it from the fields in Norway, India or China is economically impossible”, – he wrote.
Winnick noted that Ukraine is one of the world’s largest producers of ilmenite ore and Ukrainian can be interesting only Crimean “Titan”.
“Exports from Ukraine in the direction of the Turkish port of Samsun, but, by a strange coincidence, court, released from Odessa, after several hours of stay in Turkish waters, or heading to the Russian port Kavkaz or in the Kerch Ukrainian,” – said the MP.
In his opinion, this suggests that in the interests of national security have to do ilmenite ore subject to export control. That is, the customs clearance mode of export will be possible only if the permission service of export control of Ukraine.
Winnick said that the current procedure of granting permits to export control involves obtaining the opinion of the interdepartmental Commission under the Council of national security and defence on questions of military-technical cooperation and export control.
