“Today, the relevant documents of the PJSC Finbank is under consideration of the NBU. About accepted by results of consideration the decision will be announced later”, – reported the press service of the NBU.
February 1, held an extraordinary shareholders meeting of PJSC Finbank, which unanimously adopted the decision on liquidation of the Bank.
After that, the shareholders promised to contact the national Bank for granting consent to the liquidation of the Bank at the initiative of shareholders.
