The government of Ukraine introduced a photo – and video recording of the inspection car.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has improved the mechanism of the process of carrying out check of technical condition of vehicles of subjects of implementation of mandatory technical control.
The decision was formalized by decree of the government No. 141 On amending resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from January 30, 2012 №137 from 31 may 2012 №512 dated March 10, 2017.
The document, in particular, provides that the contractor shall perform photo – and video recording of the process of carrying out obligatory technical control of the vehicle, what prevents the customer.
In addition, the materials should be kept for three years. This will make it impossible for the results of verification protocols without its implementation and ensure the accumulation of objective information on the technical condition of the car.
“The adoption of appropriate regulations would provide that the objective of the process inspection”, – stated in the explanatory note to the resolution.
