The changes will come into force on 1 January 2018.
The Cabinet amended the Procedure for the use of funds provided in the state budget for payment of social scholarships to students (cadets) of higher education institutions, which, in particular, changed list of documents submitted for the receipt of social grants. The decision was taken at a government meeting on Wednesday.
As reported, according to the resolution to receive social grants filed: certificate of higher education institutions on training the student in the absence of his student’s card; certificate from the Pension Fund of Ukraine on the experience of the impossibility of filing an appropriate certificate with the mountain company; copies of the certificate of the established sample issued by the minor child of a deceased citizen, are assigned to category 1, 2 or 3, the number of participants of liquidation of consequences of Chernobyl accident, failing which the student’s identity of a person injured in the Chernobyl disaster.
To simplify the process of verification is brought in the Unified state automated register of persons entitled to benefits, information about students with lists of students (cadets) who are assigned to a social scholarship is offered to higher education institutions from 1 January 2018 when submitting these lists to the bodies of social protection of the population to use electronic digital signature.
