Recently, the Ministry of justice will publish the order of Ministry of regional development on the procedure of examination and acceptance into operation of objects.
The Ministry of regional development, construction and housing triggers the “building Amnesty” for objects of minor consequences class (CC1). This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister Gennady Zubko in Facebook.
“This solution offers a very many people, every fifth address to EXTINGUISH (the State architectural and construction inspection) today about “building Amnesty””, – he wrote.
Zubko said that the Ministry of justice will publish the order of Ministry of regional development on the procedure of examination and adoption in the operation of such facilities.
“First of all it concerns the private sector, which previously did not register the documents for your home, cottage or manor house, garages built until 2015, and have an area of not more than 300 sq. m. We are extending the deadline for the commissioning of such buildings,” he said.
Zubko, promised that the procedures of examination and acceptance into operation of such buildings will be very simple. “It requires extra references. Importantly, the facility answered the intended purpose of the land plot, building specifications and was the technical inventory. The authority of state architectural-building control is obliged to accept the object into operation after the technical examination within 10 days from the date of application,” – said Vice Prime Minister.
The procedure developed pursuant to act No. 3696 “On amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On regulation of urban development” on the extension of the period for acceptance into operation construction objects built without permission for construction works”.
