The Parliament adopted a new law on housing and communal services.
Ukrainians will be allowed to establish an Autonomous heating in the apartments.
However, the right for the installation of Autonomous heating will receive only the owners of apartments in apartment buildings that have at least half disconnected from the centralized networks of apartments and non-residential premises. Moreover, it is indicated that it is a completely voluntary matter, and the law does not allow forced disable.
