The limitation is due to the river flooding.
As of morning on December 22 in Ukraine, the restrictions imposed on the traffic in one area.
Due to spill of water in the rivers remains temporarily blocked traffic in the Carpathian region on local road S-070404 / M-06 / – Tyshiv, where the destruction of the bridge over the river Latoritsa.
The road surface on state roads in most areas are wet. Local roads almost the entire territory of the country is snow-covered, except in Kirovohrad, Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernivtsi, Dnipropetrovsk, Luhansk and southern regions.
As of 08:00 precipitation in the form of slight snow are observed almost on all territory of Ukraine. In Chernivtsi, Dnipropetrovsk, Odessa and Kherson areas – no rain.
Snow depth in the Western regions ranges from 1 to 10 cm, in the mountains up to 15 cm; in the Central regions 1-5 cm; in the Kharkov and Nikolaev areas snow depth from 1 to 5 cm; in Kiev region – from 2 to 5 cm in Chernihiv from 3 to 5 cm
