Three intruders arrested by police
Today, April 4, at Tyachiv district of Transcarpathia detained three criminals at the end of March 2017 committed an armed assault on apartment of the lonely pensioner in the village Bushtyno and stole local and foreign currency amounting to more than half a million hryvnias.
Another offender is still wanted by police.
“Three intruders arrested by police during a court-sanctioned raids on their place of residence. During the searches, seized a number of evidence”, – stated in the message of Deputy head of Tyachiv local Prosecutor’s office Victor Kusana.
It also became known that this criminal group in the period from August 2016 to March 2017 on the territory of Tyachiv district, committed a series of crimes selfish and violent direction.
Now the offenders reported about suspicion in Commission of six of grave and especially grave crimes, such as theft, robbery, unlawful taking of a vehicle (part 3 of article 185, part 4 of article 187, part 2 St. 289 criminal code of Ukraine). The court directed the petition for application of a preventive measure in the form of detention by the investigating judge of the local court was granted.
Recall, March 27 in Perechyn in Transcarpathia exposed the criminals who stole from the store 119 of the mobile phones and other equipment, worth more than half a million hryvnias.
