Ministry of infrastructure plans to build concrete roads in Dnipropetrovsk, Mykolaiv and Odessa regions.
The plans of the Ministry of infrastructure – construction of concrete roads in Dnipropetrovsk, Mykolaiv and Odessa regions. This was stated by the Minister of infrastructure Vladimir Omelian.
“We have been talking about cement roads. And my dream as a Minister to, at least, East and South of Ukraine had a concrete covering of roads. Plans for 2015-2016 were destroyed our reality, when 95% of the roads were already unusable. We have now to repair and restore to a previous state… at the same time, looking ahead, we understand that alternatives to concrete roads there. Of these roads that we are already planning for the construction of the concrete – it will be expensive Dnipropetrovsk, Mykolaiv, and Zakarpattia oblasts. It will be at least the southern part of the road that will connect Gdansk and Odessa” – said Omeljan.
Earlier, the Director of Ukrdorinvest Elena Krivoruchko said that the transport corridor Lviv-Kherson can get stretches of road with concrete pavement.
In addition, the Cabinet of Ministers is studying the idea of the construction of concrete roads in the center of the Ukrainian ports, where the roadbed is subjected to accelerated wear as a result of the passage of heavy machinery.
