Interruptions in the work of the messenger was recorded at 11.00 in a number of countries, including Russia, Italy, UK, France, Germany and Egypt. The failure of the Telegram has also occurred in several us States.
According to Downdetector, about 48% of users have encountered problems connecting to the server, 27% could not log in, 23% could not receive or send messages.
