“The SMM visited the permanent place of storage of weapons and LC, the location of which corresponds to the withdrawal lines, and noticed that there are missing again five tanks (three T-64 and two T-72). Observers recorded the presence of additional weapons,” – said the OSCE.
The mission has recorded the BMP-1 to the South of the occupied village of Styla (41 km to the South of Donetsk – ed.), one BTR-80 going North on the road to Kadievka (former Stakhanov – ed.) and BMP-2 on tow truck military type, who was traveling in an easterly direction.
Observers saw anti-aircraft guns (ZU‑23) near the occupied Krasny Liman (30 km North‑West of Luhansk – ed).
“None of the parties had not transmitted any reply to the messages in previous OSCE reports regarding weapons, placed in violation of the withdrawal lines, or missing weapons storage sites,” – said the press service.
