The Verkhovna Rada has announced a tender almost six million for replacement of the electronic voting system.
The management of the Affairs of the Verkhovna Rada has announced a tender for the development of the project on repair of session hall, in particular, changes in the voting system. The expected cost of upgrading to 5.7 million hryvnia, said on Friday, October 12, website ProZorro.
Noted that the winner will have until the end of the year to develop design documentation for repairs to the plenary hall. In particular, during a repair plan to replace the electronic voting system.
As indicated in the tender documents, it is necessary to “improve its technical properties, capacity and quality performance of their functions as people’s deputies of Ukraine”.
“On the job of MPs should be a computer module with buttons for voting, the contactless reader module of ID card, color touch screen with the possibility of voting on it and write performance, the microphone, the loudspeaker, a device for simultaneous translation, module recharging of mobile devices and electronic plate with the name of the people’s Deputy”, – stipulate the conditions of the tender.
There are also specified requirements to the system of Electronic plenary hall and its subsystems. In particular, should be considered visual inspection of stay of MPs in the workplace using video surveillance system, simultaneous translation of meetings in eight languages, updating television set broadcasts of meetings and so on.
Moreover, Parliament wants to improve the working conditions of deputies reconstructed the existing furniture and installing new equipment. In particular, in some places it is planned to replace the filler and the upholstery of chairs, customize chairs, to reduce or increase the number of jobs or the size of them. Also needs to be reconstructed tribune, replaced the presidency and carpeted.
As reported, proposals for the tender are accepted till October 29, the auction is to be held the next day.
