In the US competition gluttony ended in tragedy. Video

The US authorities want to ban the competitions consumers.

Two like to eat from different cities in the United States died in early April to compete in the gluttony.

42-year-old resident of Denver, Colorado, choked on a donut at the competition eaters and died. A day earlier died 20-year-old student from Connecticut, where the pancake stuck in his throat.

Travis Malouf from Denver was killed during the competition fans of sweets, which was held at a local cafe Voodoo Doughnut. In two minutes the man had to eat six doughnuts. In the end, seeking to win the American choked on dessert, and died at the scene from asphyxia airway.

The day before the death of 42-year resident of Colorado a 20-year-old Caitlin Nelson from Connecticut choked on a pancake at the same competition. A piece of food stuck in her throat. The girl was taken to hospital but doctors were unable to save her.

As a result of these tragic cases, the U.S. government want to ban the competitions consumers or at least be required to attend a medical team.
