The company has permanently closed the hole where the explosion occurred.
One person was killed, three injured in the explosion and subsequent fire on the oil tank company Anadarko Petroleum in the U.S. state of Colorado.
The explosion occurred Thursday during maintenance of oil tanks. Anadarko Petroleum announced that its plant in the foreign Ministry in 64 miles from Denver, in that moment did not work, the company is investigating the cause of the accident.
In late April, Anadarko Petroleum announced to stop operation more than 3 thousand oil and gas wells in the city of Firestone, Colorado for inspection after the house explosion, which killed two people. The company has permanently closed the hole where the explosion occurred.
As reported by the state’s Governor John Hickenlooper (John Hickenlooper), a former oil geologist, these two cases are hardly related. The authorities are investigating the cause of the accident.
