In Berdyansk seen a sun halo.

June 22, Berdyansk, Zaporozhye region, it was possible to observe a rare optical phenomenon in the form of a luminous ring around the sun, which is called “halo” and is fairly rare.

Halo is a rainbow around the sun, which appears in the sky with a combination of several factors. Most often it occurs in frosty weather, in high humidity conditions. In the air while there is a large number of ice crystals. Passing through them, sunlight is refracted in a special way, forming an arc around the Sun.

Solar halo is usually painted only in red and orange colors, other colors of the spectrum mixed together and therefore look white.
