“Prohibit the holding of concerts and other entertainment events in the regional municipal institutions and in the territory of area organizations and individuals for theatrical and concert activities, which operate, concerts, tours, take part in various entertainment activities on the territory of the Russian Federation and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine during the Russian-Ukrainian war”, – said in the decision.
In addition, the regional Council appealed to the Ministry of culture of Ukraine and security Service of Ukraine with a request to provide a list of artists who in the period from 2014 to 2017 traveled to perform in Russia and in the occupied territories.
Ada Rogovtseva previously commented on the Ukrainian stars of the tour in Russia. She believes that every artist must decide what is more important to him: conscience or money.
“In Russia, maybe loved me even more than in Ukraine. There was a time. But how in one minute everything changed when I said that my homeland, my land is dearer to me than all the benefits that I offer,” said Rogovtseva.
