In the Syrian capital for more than forty people died from the explosions

In the Old city of Damascus, two explosions killed at least 44 people, another 40 were injured.

Syrian Observatory for human rights reported that a roadside bomb detonated near the bus, also a suicide bomber blew himself up near the cemetery of Bab al-Saghir, where several Shiite mausoleums that attract pilgrims from all over the world.

Earlier, the state news Agency SANA reported two bombs.

Of the 44 fatalities reported in his Twitter also and AFP.

Note, Shiite shrines are often targeted by Sunni extremists, “al-Qaeda” and the group “Islamic state” not only in Syria but in neighboring Iraq.
