In Russia may introduce minimum wage for state employees. The relevant proposal was made by the Parliament of North Ossetia. The document is available in the electronic database of the state Duma.
“Monthly salary of the medical worker, teacher, cultural worker employed in a state or municipal institution fulfilled the norms of work (labour duties), cannot be lower than twice the subsistence minimum for able-bodied population, established in the subject of the Russian Federation in which such employee performs his labour activity”, — stated in the bill.
If you need to increase the level of salaries in accordance with the draft law it is proposed to use “income increased due to improved domestic economic situation, growth of the economy and the production sector”.
