The issue arose at the end of the plenary session of the Duma on Wednesday, he was taken by the Deputy from “Fair Russia” Igor Molyakov. He said he already sees a few meetings in the hall of Parliament, which is worn on the chest white crosses, among them the head of the budget Committee Andrey Makarov.
