Mass murder occurred in the village of Elatma in the Ryazan region. One of the tenants of the three houses shot five neighbors. Among the killed were a girl, reports Life.

The Investigative Committee said that on the evening of 4 April, the offender went to the balcony and asked the young people not to make noise. When they didn’t respond to a comment, he grabbed his registered gun, went into the entrance and staged a massacre.
