SK filed a case into the killing of newborn girls in Tolyatti, whose body was found in a landfill, according to the SUCK of the Russian Federation across the Samara region.
Workers found the baby’s body at a waste recycling station in Togliatti on Tuesday.
“On this fact criminal case on signs of structure of a crime under paragraph “C” of part 2 of article 105 of the criminal code “Murder of a minor or other person known to the perpetrator in a helpless state”, — stated in the message.
The SC noted that after carrying out is judicial-medical research it is established that the death of the baby was caused by multiple injuries of the head, was also found rib fractures. The investigators found three refuse collection vehicle, which collected garbage from the territory of Tolyatti and Zhigulevsk, routes of movement, time waste, conducted investigative activities in the places of gathering of garbage.
