In the Rostov region the man in police uniform shot ex-wife and father-in-law on the highway near Taganrog.
The woman died on the spot while her father, presumably, is in critical condition.
As reported by the official representative of the Moi of Russia in the region Natalia Ustimenko, the gunman was arrested in Rostov-on-don.
A source in law enforcement bodies reported that the man is a law enforcement officer. He also noted that the car contained his ex-wife and father-in-law.
