The outbreak of ASF was discovered in Rivne region
In the Rivne region due to the outbreak of African swine fever (ASF) in the village Tsurkov Zdolbuniv district began to confiscate domestic pigs. This was reported in the State extraordinary antiepizootic Commission at zdolbunivska RGA.
It is noted that the outbreak of African swine fever in the village discovered on June 1, when two owners complained of swine disease. Selected samples confirmed the presence of ASF.
In the State extraordinary antiepizootic Commission at zdolbunivska RGA said that two owners have seized 13 carcasses, 26 hogs and 13 pigs. All burned, spent disinfecting activities.
In General, in the village Tsurkov, there are 155 residential households, which contains roughly 465 pigs.
We will remind, under forecasts of experts, till the end of the current year Ukraine can expect 200 cases of ASF.
Experts say that, instead of struggle with Achs, the state simply became a statistician. In Parliament on this issue has already appealed to the Cabinet and the President.
And according to people’s Deputy Sergei Trigubenko, the EU will no longer be lenient to the failure of Ukraine to fight ASF.
