In the river the waterfall is painted in the colors of Ukrainian flag

In the Dnieper river appeared Patriotic waterfall.

Every two minutes the waterfall “Threshold roaring” in the river shimmers with the national blue-yellow colors, creating a vivid picture for visitors.

This effect provides thirty special fixtures which are passed twelve thousand hues. The waterfall itself flows more than 1000 cubic meters of water per hour. Funds for this gift to the residents of the city were allocated from the city budget.

Created it in the center on the island Monastery four years ago, placing on the natural rock, decorated with stone.

“Threshold roaring” built artificially, to show what were the rapids that were flooded after the construction of the Zaporozhye hydroelectric power station.

The waterfall is one of the landmarks of the city, and now is a national decoration of the Dnieper.
