In the river the morning of Thursday, August 17, two men entered the building management of the patrol police and blocked one of the premises.

This is stated in the press service of the patrol police of the Dnieper.

The young men burst into the room during the consideration of law enforcement cases of violation of traffic rules. Unknown was in an aggressive mood and began to provoke the police. Law enforcement officers asked the men to show documents, but in response they blocked the entrance to the room.

After unknown had not responded to oral comments, they were detained. The police claim that the detainees are public activists.

“Repeated requests by police to stop illegal actions the citizens did not react. The result of the patrol were compelled to apply special means “handcuffs” and conduct administrative detention. For committing an administrative offence on the citizens built the materials under article 173 (disorderly conduct), article 185 (willful disobedience of a lawful order or request of a police officer) as Art”, – stated in the message.
