According to preliminary information, the cause of the explosion was an improvised explosive device. In the morning the woman came to his apartment and explosives, located under her door worked. Also flew out the window around the entrance, the damaged property in the apartment of the victim. Homemade explosives were Packed with nails.
The victim was taken away by ambulance in the 2-th city hospital. On-site work police patrol, investigative team, rescuers, vzryvotehniki and cynologists.
