The Ministry of justice States that investor expressed interest in building a night club on the spot lukianivka (Kyiv) detention facility.
This was at the briefing said the first Deputy Minister of justice Natalia Sevostyanova.

According to her, the amount of construction on the territory of the prison potentially is about 100 thousand square meters.
