According to the speaker of Parliament, after the bill on the reintegration of Donbass should be considered at the meeting of the Council.
The draft law on the reintegration of Donbass will first consider the national security Council. About the speaker Andriy Parubiy said at a briefing, answering questions of journalists.
Parubiy noted that the draft law will be registered in the Parliament.
“Now prepare for the final stage. As we planned, pre-this bill should be considered at the meeting of the Council, and only then submitted to Parliament… I Hope that soon the draft will be submitted to the Parliament”, – he said.
On 29 August, the representative of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko in the Parliament Iryna Lutsenko said that the draft law on return and the restoration of Donbass is 99.9% ready for submission to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (VRU). Consultations with the countries of the Normandy Quartet and the United States ended.
10 July 2017 NSDC Secretary Oleksandr Turchynov said that the draft law on the reintegration of Donbass will be introduced in Parliament in early September 2017.
