In the Parliament proposed the Crimea “dual sovereignty”

MP Artemenko believes that the Peninsula can be in Ukrainian and Russian jurisdictions at the same time.

The acclaimed author of “the peace plan” the people’s Deputy Andrey Artemenko has made new proposals on settling the Ukrainian-Russian conflict.

Recall, for the proposal to temporarily transfer Crimea to Russia, the Deputy of Ukraine opened a case under article “treason”. Later Artemenko was expelled from the faction of the Radical party.

As the Deputy writes in his Facebook on March 23, to return the Crimea to Kiev today is not realistic.

In his opinion, Kyiv should accord with Russia on the return of the “formal sovereignty” over the Crimea.

“The necessary parameters, the transitional international administration, dual sovereignty, the maximum transmission powers at the local level, quotas in government” – offers Artemenko.

Thus, according to the Deputy, yet, this option is not implement – neither Russia, nor the new US administration will not cooperate with the current authorities of Ukraine.

“Over the past six months I have spent hundreds of meetings in Washington … you Can absolutely justified to state that : in the USA ready to be a partner of Ukraine in the peace settlement of the conflict with Russia. Truth is not today’s aggressive korumpirovanoy, a new Ukraine,” – says Artyomenko.

Also the MP, who was the former owner of a canadian passport, proposed to legalize the country’s dual citizenship, which can also be a factor in the settlement of the conflict with Russia in the Donbas and the Crimea.
