In the Parliament did not support the charges against Lozovoy

Deputies believe the unfounded accusations of the Prosecutor General.

The Committee on rules and organization of work of the Verkhovna Rada did not support the removal of inviolability from the people’s Deputy from the Radical party Andrei Lozovoy. The decision was made at the Committee meeting on Wednesday, July 5.

“The Committee on rules and organization of work of the Verkhovna Rada acknowledged the proposal of the General Prosecutor Yuriy Lutsenko, “On granting consent to criminal prosecution of people’s Deputy of Ukraine Andrey Lozovoy S.” non-legally motivated, but insufficiently substantiated,” read the conclusion of the Committee acting as its leader Pavlo Pynzenyk.

By decision of the Committee, the approved withdrawal should be sent to the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Andrew Parubiy together with the Prosecutor General.

Willow he urged Committee members to support the performance of the GPU on the lifting of his immunity to prosecution.
