“The reason for the blackout is the duty of the water utility, which as of November 6, nearly UAH 157 million (156 million 965 thousand UAH) and constantly growing,” – said Gritsay.

He noted that the debt is composed mostly of the so-called LC because 90% of the water pumped by the water utility, comes in the occupied territory.

Thus, according to grits, the occupants continue to accumulate debts for water. So, in October, the water utility use of electricity by 9.16 million, and paid – only 7.81 million UAH, says the representative of the LAO.

The company “Lugansk energy Association” is holding “Energy standard” of businessman Konstantin Grigorishin. Today, the company is registered in the occupied territory of Ukraine. The management of the company refuses to conduct re-registration of the company.
