Reporters learned recommendations that Ministries of foreign Affairs give the citizens before coming to a musical contest.
On Tuesday, February 14, in the evening started selling tickets for the Eurovision song contest. However, around the preparations for the song contest does not subside scandals — the day before the start of sales, as already briefly wrote “News”, left part of the organizing Committee of the contest because of the conflict. Meanwhile, the Europeans already book hotels and give tips on how to behave in Ukraine.
It is curious that the foreigners are preparing to travel to Ukraine for the competition. On international forums vengeance handing out tips and recommendations to future travelers. For example, the English-language tourist sites put instructions to communicate with Ukrainian girls, which is made up of the American socionics Rick DeLong, who has lived nine years in Kiev.
According to him, Ukrainian women “always well dressed, even if you go to the store”. “But the main thing — loudly demonstrate your English, then the concentration of women around you will increase significantly”, — the blogger writes.
More serious give advice to foreign Ministers. For example, Belgian diplomats in a precarious situation on our roads. According to them, the traffic regulations in Ukraine are not respected, many drivers drive drunk, and there are no Bicycle paths. The Germans suggest, visiting Ukraine, always keep closed the door of the car, even when changing tyres. On roadsides and outside the city — not to stay.
The French warn that the foreigners in Ukraine are Prime targets for thieves and crooks. Therefore it is necessary to be careful of new people especially beware of hidden forms of prostitution.
The Italians recommend to refrain from trips to Odessa, Kharkov, Zaporozhye, Nikolayev and Kherson — it believes that it is potentially dangerous regions of the country.
The Dutch warn that people may respond to overt manifestations of unconventional love in public places.
“Be vigilant and do not provoke the local population, discussions of politics, especially in the major urban centers, — says the Polish foreign Ministry. — We also do not recommend to take passengers, especially with backpacks and other Luggage, even if they offer some sort of financial reward or alcohol. Such persons may carry weapons, ammunition or other prohibited items, which can lead to serious legal consequences.”
All Europeans without exception recommend to wash hands frequently and disinfect the water. Also note that it is very hard to find in Ukraine the doctor, who knew English or any other than Russian or Ukrainian.
