In Lukyanovka jail ex-tornadoes attacked the police investigator and inflicted injuries
In Lukyanovka jail in the capital of one of the disbanded soldiers of a specialcompany “Tornado” attacked the investigator, and then beat him.
This was told by the former head of the State penitentiary service of Ukraine Sergey Starenky.
According to preliminary data, there was a beating of the militiaman, the investigator declared suspicion to the other prisoner.
“Broke the second one and was severely beaten. Impunity and lack of control — here are the reasons”, — stated in the message.
