The store man refused to serve in the Ukrainian language.
In the city of Vyshgorod in Kiev region in the store, “EKO Market” has been a linguistic scandal.
The incident was reported by a user of the social network Facebook Oleh Oleg.
“So, “ECO Market” in Kyiv (Vyshgorod, St. Embankment, 2B). The cashier Yukhimenko begins to ask me questions in a foreign language, I ask the Ukrainian, to which she dramatically refuses. I misleading that it violates the laws of Ukraine, which services/information default shall occur in the Ukrainian language. She blatantly says “I don’t understand Ukrainian. And actually I’m Russian.” I ask to call the Manager and complaint. The administrator comes, the cashier is trying to stand up a guard-a woman who, again, bluntly said that I did not detain people here (although I did not detain anyone, broke all the goods and paid with a card)”, – he wrote.
According to the man, after a moderator came, but did not introduce himself and spoke in a raised voice.
“The complaint book” at my request, grant refused, offering it to me to look for at the store. I had to call the police. Arrived quickly, in seven minutes. But the place did not want to find out where the “Book of complaints”, and why I was denied this right to the employees of the store known network. He then added that the review on the official page of “EKO Market” has been deleted, and the opportunity to comment on closed.
After the incident, the man once again returned to the store and still left a review in the “Book of complaints”.
Netizens noted that all the Ukrainians in such situations must do as Oleg.
