The President’s puzzling “the inability or unwillingness of Kiev” to get rid of the blockade.
In the Kremlin commented on the ultimatum of the DNI and the LC, on termination of the blockade, accusing Kiev of unwillingness to resolve the transport blockade in the Donbass.
This was stated press Secretary of Russian President Dmitry Peskov told reporters.
“In this case, the inability or unwillingness of Kiev to get rid of this transport blockade, of course, is puzzling,” – said Peskov.
